Paul Hellman, President and Owner of Gunter Wilhelm Cutlery is pleased to teach you how to use your knives more efficiently, correctly and safely so that your cooking experience is more fun and enjoyable. Mr. Hellman will teach the correct way to hold and use knives, how to keep the sharp, which knives are used for what purpose, how to buy the right knives, the correct names of the parts of a knife, how to cut an onion the correct way, along with a tomato, pepper and melon. If you have ever wondered how Chefs make it so effortless, these secrets will be taught to use in a very please 45 minute class. This is a hands on class with each student getting a knife and a cutting board along with the necessary food items.
