Winter seasonal created in 2008.  A medium bodied brew with very light hop
bitterness, akin to English style nut browns.
Malts provide a nutty aroma with hints of chocolate, caramel and
hazelnut notes.  Slightly cloudy with
copper or deep brown overtones.  The
finish includes roasted malt nuttiness balanced by slight bitterness that is
crisp, clean and refreshing especially for a dark beer.
