When my brothers and I introduced Restaurant Bricco to West Hartford Center in 1996 we said Bricco is about my mother’s spaghetti Carbonara. We would gather as a family for Sunday dinner with grandma and grandpa and Aunt Josie. And no matter what was on the stove or in the oven it was always about comfort Italian American food, and always delicious. So there became our motto….simple, fresh, delicious.
